Does songbird have scrobbling cache?
I realize that songbird is currently having problems with scrobbling in general, but I want to know if the scrobbling feature in songbird saves your scrobbled songs to cache when offline? I poked around but I have yet to find anything that will tell me if it's saving songs to cache or how many songs have been saved.
Any info with this would be great!

Inappropriate?Yes indeed! Songbird 0.7 added the playback history service (see: http://src.songbirdnest.com/source/xr...) and we're using that to keep track of what you've played. At the end of every track, immediately after you log in, or after every five minutes we try to post un-scrobbled tracks to last.fm.

Inappropriate?Hi endo,
We implemented a whole system on the back end to keep track of playback history... if only it were documented. ;) We're still working on that part. Keep an eye on this bug: http://bugzilla.songbirdnest.com/show... That's where we're tracking progress on the documentation for the Playback History service.
If you'd like to rummage around without docs, snag the SQLite Manager off our addons site (download here). Use it to open up the playback history db in your profile. That addon can't handle the main Songbird DB, but it works just fine for playback history.
What sort of last.fm problems are you having? We resolved a few bugs with a Tuesday add-on update, so make sure you've updated to the latest.

Thank you, Ali and Ian! Scrobbling is working again. Songbird is looking really amazing these days. Awesome work.
