Does songbird have the capability for equalization

I've checked the addons, but I've either missed it or it doesn't exist.

Is there a way to add the capability to manipulate the output(equalizer) in Songbird? I'm outputting through a USB ~> RCA into a receiver, but even with the bass/treble maxed on the receiver, it's flat.

Any help would be appreciated.
