During import/export with iTunes my Songbird playlists/playcounts got corrupted
Hi there:
Recently got a new iPod Touch. Although Songbird is my player of choice, I have to use iTunes to sync with it. I decided to try out the iTunes import/export feature on Songbird.
Problem: After syncing, my Songbird library has been corrupted in some way. Some of the new songs brought over from iTunes have replaced other songs' play counts. They have also inserted themselves into my playlists and removed other songs in the process.
PLEASE if anyone could tell me how to recover a backup of my library in order to restore my playcounts/playlists I will be most thankful!

Inappropriate?Hi dduusstan,
Sorry to hear the 2 way sync was not seamless for you. If you could file a bug and include screenshots or attach examples of the files affected that would be most appreciated.
We can get you set straight by having you reset your profile. Instructions are in our First Aid pages. Unfortunately that doesn't help you recover your play counts unless you backed up your profile previously.
I’m sorry
