easy queuing shortcuts
There's no good queue support. You should be able to right click or press a key and the selected track(s) should play next. Amarok 1.4 did this great, audacious does it fairly well too.

Inappropriate?I have to second David's opinion on the Now Playing plugin - it steals the functionality from clicking the currently playing song down the bottom, makes the player slow down noticeably, ignores changes made through Ctrl+J searches, adds every song to the list...
Song bird should have a simple, built-in way to add or remove songs from the queue. Something similar to winamp's ctrl+Q to add/remove a song from the queue would be about right.
