Facebook with Songbird
Problem with Facebook : it is said that I have to update to a higher version of Firefox when I'm on FB with Songbird.
Is it normal ? (Firefox integrated in Songbird is not Firefox 3) ?

Inappropriate?Yes it is.
But some websites like facebook don't recognize Songbirds UserAgent as a Mozilla-Browser. I contacted facebook so that they can change that.

This can be fixed by changing the config for the browser.
It's probably not the best idea ever, but it's what i've done just to get round the problem.
To do this, go into songbird, open a new tab, then type 'about:config' then do a search for 'agent'.
You should get a result with a preference name of 'general.useragent.extra.songbird'.
Double click it, and change the string to 'Firefox/3.0.4'. This will make most websites think that you are running Firefox 3.0.4 rather than songbird (which in essence are the same thing anyway), so will let facebook chat work again.

It's working ! ... but what will happen when Firefox will upgrade at version 3.1 ?
I think it should be a better way to solve this inside Facebook with their developpers.
