File Count Mismatch Between Songbird iPod and HDD

So check this out, I originally was using iTunes for everything regarding my iPod and mp3's until I had enough of the annoying amount of files that iTunes and iPod was seeing. I've had my iTunes have more songs then my iPod and my iPod having more songs then iTunes. So with that in mind I went to Songbird.

However, I wanted to double check to make sure the file count was the same between my iPod, Songbird, and HDD but its not. So I'm assuming that Songbird isn't adding some songs because they are a duplicate but I wish I could find them... I had that problem with Itunes as well...

Now Songbird seeings one more file then my iPod and I can't figure out what file that is and The Exorcist Add-on isn't working.

Has anyone else had this problem with either iTunes or Songbird and your iPod and HDD?
