Songbird is absolutely amazing. For those of us who are a bit slow with computers, it would make sense to have the default loadpage of songbird be a list of streams until someone sets a default load page. Others may want their default load page as google.com, but the process for setting a default page should also not be hidden deep in a menu or submenu.
I believe if you primarily pushed it as a free browser (that also happened to play music), and made a simple way to get to bookmarks, your audience would expand greatly.
It's a really awesome program, but minimize to tray should also be a simple option of getting to.

I would say if you needed a slogan for songbird advertised as a browser it could be - 'Songbird - A well tuned browser'. Pun definitely intended. Glad you like the idea... People *LOVE* their streams, but it's hard for Joe the plumber to understand it's also a web browser.
