How add french language to songbird 1.1.1 ?

Inappropriate?In the menu, go "File" -> "Languages" -> "Francais".
Then you have to restart songbird.

You are using 1.1.1 final but you don't get this list:

Then it's probably a bug, you might file it in http://bugzilla.songbirdnest.com/ -

Inappropriate?You have to be connected to the internet for the languages to appear and download.

Inappropriate?Great ! I have reinstalled Songbird while being connected and this makes a great difference. You don't even have to ask the french languague for menus, it comes by itself.
I suggest it should be mentionned in the download page that it is better to stay connected during the installation process.
