I am using Songbird 1.0 and Ubuntu 8.10.
I don't see my Sansadisk clip as a device or a way to sync anything.

Inappropriate?MTP devices, like Sansa clip are only supported on Windows.
We have a bug filed regarding MTP device support on Luinux.
