How do you export media from songbird into a portable media player?

just as in the title. Like Ive made a playlist of songs I really like and Im sure theirs an easier way to copy those particular songs rather than find them in the source and then copy and paste. I have an iRiver player. It allows me to just copy and paste directly into the music folder - I can do this with iTunes but not with songbird. Is there another way of doing this/ ami doing something wrong?
