How to backup the Songbird music library?
I want to reinstall my computer next week, how can I backup the Songbird database and its ratings and such?

Hello, what operating system & version do you use?
For windows vista, you can backup the folder: C:/users/[username]/appdata/roaming/songbird2 . And then just place it back after you installed songbird again.
For windows xp it's similar, I believe its: c:/documents and settings/[username]/application data/roaming/songbird2 (it's a guess).
I would have to look it up for max & linux.
Mind that appdata is a hidden folder.

Inappropriate?If you only want to backup / transfer ratings, play- and skip counts, you could try RatingFile.
I’m happy. RatingFile 0.0.1.0 is out.
