i want to play song in random base, but i want those with higher rated play more that those lower rated. how can i do this?

There is at least an add-on that plays your least favourite tracks:
"i can ́t find it though"
There is the "Party playlist" add-on probably does what you want but i don`t think it is working with all SB versions,

I would use Smart playlists for what you want!
They are a really great thing to play around.

Also they probably won`t beabsolutely be what you are looking for
but may be just enough to keep you happy till there is the perfect add-on for you.
