I made a mistake on an order from songbird, can I fix the address before it's shipped?

So... I ordered something off of the songbird store but I made a mistake on the address! I e-mailed right away to ask if I could get the address changed to the correct one but didn't get a response... Today I got an e-mail that's says an shipping form was downloaded from paypal, still with the wrong address! I sent another e-mail right away, but I'm afraid it might go unanswered again. What can I do? If it is shipped to that address there's almost no chance I will ever see it and I was looking forward to sporting my songbird-wear! =,(
