In Windows, maximizing Songbird covers up the taskbar.
In Windows (specifically Vista SP1) I have the taskbar set to autohide, and to keep it on top of other windows. Whenever I maximize Songbird, it covers up the little bit of the taskbar that stays on the bottom so I can access it when I mouse over it.

then I cant help you with this :P sorry -
Inappropriate?Ditto. I have my taskbar so that it auto-minimizes when my mouse isn't hovering over it. Some applications, once in a blue moon, disallow my ability to move my mouse over and have it pop back up. I currently have to alt+tab out or press the windows key to display it (along with the start menu). I'm using the default theme. Er, "feather."
EDIT: Also, I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 on a Mac using Boot Camp, if that helps.
I’m peeved

Inappropriate?I have the same problem with XP SP 3 with the edition of Songbird available today. Also noticed that when Songbird is maximized and then restored to a smaller size the start menu will still not show, as long as it is kept active. However, when the window is restored to a smaller size and you switch to another window and then switch back to Songbird the start menu will come up. Hope this helps.

Inappropriate?Exactly the same for me with XP SP3 and Songbird 1.2. Problem arises whether I'm using the default feather or Aero Bird Pro.
