Ipod extension throws a Floating point exception

ipod extension - after install, restaring songbird gives 'floating point exception'. Version 1.1.2. When deleting the extension from .songbird2 or just deleting the file .songbird2/..ID here.../extensions/ipod@songbirdnest.com/components/ComponentLoader.so Songbird starts again (but without a functional ipod support). Using Linux, PCLinusOS - i'm packaging this right now. Other extensions work brilliantly.
