I would like to see the mashTape photo slideshow in full screen, is there a way to do it?

You can't right now, but that would be a cool feature suggestion!
The closest you can get to full screen right now is if you get the Pane Buttons add-on to disable the Left Service Pane & Player Controls, drag the mashtape display pane all the way to the top, and then hit F11.

Another way would be to port the FullerScreen extension to SongBird.
