Is there an add-on similar to tagging on HD-radios?
I have that classic problem... I listen to the radio a lot, but I don't know what song is playing. If I could listen to a song on Shoutcast and click it, adding it to a list of songs i like that would be nice. Tell me how to do this if such a feature exists. If not, maybe someone should make one if they have the time.

Inappropriate?No such feature exists, but it is an intriguing idea.
I'm certainly no expert on this, and I'm speaking on gut feeling here, but what you described would require the radio stations to be broadcasting in the "HD Radio" equivalent, right? If that is in fact true, and most (if not all) of them already do broadcast song info/metadata along with the audio, then we certainly are missing a nice feature, eh?
Have you seen this feature elsewhere?
