Is there any possibility to export media files from a playlist or the library in songbird?
Is there any possibility to export media files from a playlist or the library in songbird, like in itunes, only mark your files and drag&drop it too your windows explorer window. I know, there is an addon to export playlists, but GTA IV can't use m3u files and i want only my favorite music titles ingame.
Thx for your answers.

Inappropriate? We currently only support drag & drop into Songbird, not out of Songbird. This is a good idea though.

Inappropriate?Think about Songbird:: Music as Picasa::images -- Picasa lets me mash up images, make posters, export photos (not lists of photos) and buy prints. I want to be able to mix music, save the mix, make montages, export the music selectively. I'd love to see Songbird be able to allow for ctrl clicks, then drag and drop copy to a new folder.
I’m hopeful.

Inappropriate?Picasa is a bad example though, because you can't drag and drop out of Picasa, just like Songbird. Both drive me mad :D

I don't care about drag and drop, I do care about the ability to export a set of files. Seems like an elementary function. -
Inappropriate?I have a Sansa player. I've downloaded podcasts which are now on my computer. I have no interest in having them on my computer, I just want them on my little player. The only way I can think of to move these to the player is to drag and drop them, using Explorer, which shows me all the folder hierarchies on my player. How ELSE would you move files from your computer to your player using Songbird? I have tried right-clicking on the file, then selecting Ad to device / Sansa. A little message flashes at the bottom of the Songbird frame that says "One file added to Sansa" or something like that. It appears instantaneously so I doubt it has transferred 50Mb onto the Sansa. Then when I use Explorer to look through all the folders on the Sansa, it isn't there. Since this is the primary function of this application, where the heck is it?
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? This really seems very elementary in terms of function for a tool like Songbird. Is it something that could be done with a plugin?
I’m frustrated
