iTunes import: mp3s are ok but playlists are blank

I have problems importing my iTunes library. The music files import fine (eg it has all my ratings and playcounts), but the playlists are for some reason, all blank.

I did get an error message saying "125 of 4910 files could not be located." so I'm not sure if this might be related.
