Last.fm

I know Songbird is also a web browser and many people would find my ideas useless because of that but I`m sharing them anyway.

When searching for an artist on the last.fm pane there should be a button to add them to your library, one paragraph of wiki description on the bottom, similiar artists beneath that, and a small tag cloud to the right of it.

It doesn`t have to be exactly like the real last.fm page but it should take some inspiration from it. Why not add some extra eye candy like a collapsible discography bar too?

I`ve also seen many ideas here on getsatisfaction to add a dedicated now playing pane. Once that happens, I`d love the option to have visual radio on that pane as well. I don`t mind the ads as long as they only appear in that pane, and it makes even more sense to have it because Songbird is also a web browser and could open the advertisters web page easily and still generate revenue for last.fm and the artists.
