Latest builds wont start. CPU at 100%

Hello, i have problem with my songbird from r960 thats last stable version for me. I was trying to update r965 and r967 but failed. Back to r960... After install i run songbird, but nothing happend. CPU is at 100% but nothing happens. memory useage is about 100megs. I have winxp sp3 csy and 4gigs of ram
