making the genres update automaticaly, no more "POP" songs that is "ROCK"
make a genre seach possible, i mean to make the player update genre because i have a lot of songs with unknown genre, or metal, when it is rock and so on...

So I'm a bit confused by what you mean because you can search by genre, in that if you search "Rock" all your songs tagged "Rock" as the genre will display. You can also edit the genre type by editing metadata, and in this way can change "Pop" to "Rock". Is that what you mean? -
Inappropriate?I think what TheOne asks for is a feature similar to the album art downloader, which updates the generes in your library based on artist/album/songname. Many of us have mp3's with incomplete genres, and manually updating them is tedious.
SB could connect to an 'official' source (lastFM, amazon) to get the genre for an album...

that's just what i mean, and i get a feeling that you know how it is to have genres mixed up, and not being able to just search for rock if you want to listen to rock, or pop if you want to listen to pop -
