Please add a manual refresh command for watched folders. Right now I have to restart songbird for changes to register.

I would expect this is a bug if Songbird doesn't react to watch folder change automatically and restart is needed. That's what watch folder is supposed to do.

Some watch folders though such as SMB drives need manual updating, because the Watch Folder api can't work on them.
