More Hotkeys
Needs to have more hotkey options. Specifically for ratings songs. All of the commands should be able to have hotkeys created for them. Not just a handful.

1. minimize
2. switching to mini player
3. editing the song metadata while it is playing and not only when the song title is clicked in the library
4. repeat & shuffle mode
5. show left/right/bottom task pane
6. add ons

Inappropriate?Rating would be nice and also hotkeys to rewind/forward by X seconds... this is really missing from Songbird, even in the interface, but I guess this will come now with GStreamer backend fully integrated.

Inappropriate?I would like to add a note to this topic. Now I go between OS X, Vista and Ubuntu and have run into many different things that I like with programs here and there. Personally I love Mozilla's software. But there is something I would love to see in SongBird when it comes to hotkeys.
There is a secondary program called quicktunes (only for OS X I think) that allows you to set commands to do diffrent things to iTunes no matter what window you are in. For example I can set cmnd+right arrow to skip to next song, but i can use that even if I am working in Firefox, MS Word or whatever. I think this would be great to use in songbird!

Inappropriate?@ryan quicktunes really sounds like global hotkeys which can be enabled in the windows version. i think global hotkeys don't work with linux and osx but i am shure there are workarounds (like ikey for osx?).

Inappropriate?I would love to have a key binding helps delete current playing file. This feature is exclusive hard to find, and would be a huge advantage to other media players.
