My songbird keeps playing random music that I can't pause while my other music is playing.
That's pretty much the whole problem, it's really strange and has been doing it for three days. I've had three different songs, some rap song, the first day, then something that sounded like classic rock, but that I didn't recognize, twice in a row, and then both yesterday and today "Hey You" by 311. Closing songbird ends the song, or, if It plays through, it will end.

Someone reported a very similar problem here.
In that case, it was the MashTape - Addon playing Youtube-Videos in the (hidden) "Videos"-Tab. You can try to look into the Video-Tab or even try to disable this Add-on, to see if that stops playing the strange music.
Generally spoken: If you hear music in Songbird, but the "main" playback is stopped, than it's very likely some kind of embedded media (probably Flash), that is playing in the background. The crux is to figure out where it is played. It can be played by an Add-on, or an website. "Mashtape"-Addon seems to be a usual suspect. -
