No seek functionality
On some mp3's the progress bar/slider does not work meaning I cannot scroll through a song. It will play the song but I have no seek functionality. The little slider just stays at the far left position. When trying to move it to seek, the song just starts over and the slider remains stuck at 00:00. Why is this happening?

Inappropriate?Thanks for the report. I've seen this problem before but have not been able to figure out what/why it happens. I remember that it was a per track problem, that is, this only happens for some tracks in a collection.
We have bug 5925 open, which sounds close to this problem. I've added your comments from this post to that bug.
You can track the comments on this bug by:
1. Going to the "people" box in the upper right hand corner of bug 5925
2. Add your email in the "add cc" box
3. Scroll down and hit commit.

Inappropriate?i had this problem in rc1. if you delete all the stuff related to your profile (in a folder called songbird2 i think) and then reinstall songbird and start from scratch with a new profile it should fix the problem. it did for me anyway
