Nokia Lisence and Ipod Nanos

hey there.

I'm totally IT illiterate and one of my friends reccomended this site to help me with my problem with my new ipod nano. I have a nokia music player phone and it comes with the free music downloader. All my favourite songs are on there and itunes wont let me a) add the file to itunes and b) even play it unless its opened in nokia music player. When I tried using songbird it redirected me to google and took me to the nokia music home page, which still didn't help....

Is there any way I can get around this and if so, could someone please assist me?
