Page Load Error-Network timeout!

Opened up Songbird first time in a little while. I try to go download some add-ons and there is a window that says "Network Timeout" and the tab is titled "Page Load Error". I have tried reinstalling it, trying a new profile, adding the program to my firewall exceptions, and turning off my firewall. None of these are working, how can I connect to the internet?
