party entertaining
I was just wondering if it is possible to make a cross fading or fade from track to track when skipping and such feature available. i like to use my songbird when i host parties, and it just kind of bugs me when i get a harsh transition between songs. and a nice visualization like "Milkdrop" that i used in "Winamp" would be cool. something interactive with the library so it can display the track title with a nice beat detection thing going on so its interactive. or shortcuts incorporated into it so u can hit the right key and it will do what u want even with the visualization up and full screen, and maybe something like people being able to que songs in the playlist but without actually being able to touch the song or delete anything so i can leave my computer "open to suggestions" when im not at it with the visualizations. Basically just like the ultimate entertaining other people package.

Winamp is the only reason I miss windows, and the songbird community reminds me of just that.

You're right, not only the program itself but the support makes it good - there are only few projects which show that Open Source can work that way, like Gentoo Linux and Songbird. -
Inappropriate?I'd love an add on like this. I don't care much for visualizations but cross fading and being able to que tracks in some sort of full screen mode would be nice. Perhaps this is something that would be possible to integrate with MediaFlow (full screen mode is listed in the authors todo list).
