Problems with Ogg-Vorbis and Flac-files

Hello, I have a question concerning the flac support, because songbird don`t read the metadata and I can ́t play these files with songbird. I also got the same problems with ogg files/ metadata.
Does songbird support ID3V2Tags with UTF8 Ver. 2.4?
