Process 'mipcore' from Songbird consumes 100% cpu
process 'mipcore' from Songbird consumes all of my cpu utilization. Try with Songbird 0.7.0 on Mac OS X 10.5.4. Need to kill it to keep my machine usable.

Inappropriate?This is caused by a runaway process (mipcore) that genpuid uses. Genpuid is a utility provided but MusicIP and is used by the Scrubz addon to fingerprint tracks. It turns out that mipcore sometimes has issue with some tracks it's trying to process and pegs out the CPU as a result. Short of getting an update from MusicIP, there is no good solution to this.
Uninstalling the Scrubz addon will fix the problem.
