I'm having trouble finding my sansa clip in the service pane. How do I connect to my device??

Inappropriate?To use your clip, you'll need to be on Windows and have the MTP Device Support add-on installed. Install the add-on, plug your clip in, and it should appear in the service pane. -
Inappropriate?My Sansa was found but when I want synchronize it Songbird is shutting down. -
Inappropriate?I have MTP support installed, Songbird 0.7, MTP 1.0.11.768. For some reason my Sansa Clip does not appear in Songbird. Any ideas?

Inappropriate?I have MTP support v 1.0.12.860 and Songbird 1.0, and neither my Sansa Clip nor Creative Zen appear in Songbird. Disabling iPod support does not help.
