seeqpod query hangs.
A query of Seeqpod e.g zz top legs, results in:
"Searching for Music" then;
"removing dead links"
However, no further feedbackis given untill the Seeqpod Search icon in the Service panel is clicked once more, this then reveals the results of the search successfully.

Inappropriate?Hi Mr.Mepis,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. In the future, please post comments concerning the SeeqPod add-on directly on the add-on's page here. I've posted your comments there for the add-on author. -
Inappropriate?I'm having this problem too and many of the songs don't play either. I am not crazy about this add on. Yeah its free but rarely works. back to iTunes for me.

Inappropriate?I've got the same issue. I stumbled upon a workaround just now. It's not by any means perfect though.
For me it gets stuck in the "Removing dead links" stage. If I click on "Library" in the left hand pane while it's trying to remove dead links, and then click back on "SeeqPod Search" in the same pane, it seems to abort the attempt to remove dead links and just lists whatever it finds. (It may be a partial list, I'm not sure). Anyways, some of the links it displays are still bad since I aborted removing the dead ones, but at least I can pick through the list on my own. Hope this works for you too.
BTW, I'm running:
Ubuntu 8.10
Songbird 1.0.0, Build 860
Seeqpod 1.2.1
If the writer of this extension actually ends up reading this....just want you to know I love this thing. I can't wait until this bug is fixed because it'll be awesome!!!!! It's a pretty nasty bug though. Oh and one other suggestion, I'd love to be able to see the url where it's coming from. If that could be another optional column to display it would be really useful.
-------EDIT---------------------
Just saw the message requesting this be moved to the Seeqpod ad-ons page. Copying it there instead. Sorry about that!
