Slow updating of metadata in 0.6

I just dowloaded the 0.6 version. Being able to add metadata, good. Having it take up to 10-15 sec. to update...a little slow for happiness. I realize it's still an evolving, work-in-progress...just wanted to note this.

I’m patient.
