Smart Playlists disappear everytime I close songbird
One day I opened Songbird and the "welcome, thank you for downloading Songbird" screen came up as if I had just installed it, even though it had been installed for a few weeks already. After that my custom bookmarks and my smart playlists were gone, including the default ones such as "Most Played". My normal playlists are still there. I've tried creating new smart playlists which work until I close songbird, the next time I open it they're gone again. Any Suggestions?

Inappropriate?This "Welcome" screen will come up if you have used Songbird under certain conditions. Basically, it has identified you as an active user and is prompt to take a user satisfaction survey.
As far as your smart playlists, it sounds like a profile problem. Did you install any addons recently?
