Songbird can't read tags properly

Hello, I installed songbird yesterday, and I noticed an issue with the tags, specifically the genre tag. I tag all of my music using MP3tag and the genre that I tag my songs in is what is displayed when I use iTunes. However, in Songbird, they either do not display a genre or have the wrong genre entirely. When I look at the tags with any other software that can read them, like iTunes, MP3tag, Musicbrains, or even in windows, they show the original tag, but for some reason Songbird displays the wrong genre. I know this doesnt seem like a big issue but alot of the time I like to sort my music by genre and listen to it like that so any help in getting Songbird to display the right genre would be greatly appreciated.
