Songbird doesn't remember my playlist position.
When I play sequentially through my playlist with 500 songs, I want to be able to launch it the next day and start playing where I left off. Songbird doesn't seem to remember my playlist position.

Inappropriate? This should be an idea / feature suggestion, not a bug as it just isn't in the software currently.
However, the project page of 'Jackson 5' (the codename for the 1.3 release, set to be released in June), states 'Position History':

I guess that involves what you're asking for, not sure though. -
Inappropriate?OK. To me, this is one of those obvious features of a playlist. Should I open a request for this?
I’m indifferent

hm. why can't it be installed on a nightversion ... -
It is only available for 1.0 right now...but... I'm gonna tell you a secret,
1) Go to about:config
2) Right-click somewhere, select 'New' > 'Boolean'
3) Name it extensions.checkCompatibility and set it to False
Now remember, this doesnt mean all your old extension can magically work again, it might break something, or the add-on might just 'Not Work'... So its not my fault if it doesn't work correctly ;)
o and you're gonna need to download from firefox or something first cause Songbird still won't let you download it.... -
thank you! thats a fabolous tip! -
Inappropriate?Last Track Resume does not fully fill this need. It knows/remembers nothing about your playlist. It simply resumes in the song you were in. when that song's over you fall into your entire library and are no longer in your playlist.
