Songbird Library Vanished
Last night all of a sudden, my songbird started acting wierd. The main problem being, I cannot view my library for some reason. When I try to import the media again, it takes forever. I am attaching a snapshot of my songbird, to show what I see, when I start Songbird
I would really appreciate it, if someone could help me out on this. I love songbird and would like to continue using it, so please help me out ppl. Thanks

I'd be sad, too. This is distinctly uncool. Let's get you started with a fresh profile. Locate the Songbird entry in your start menu, and select Songbird (Profile Manager). This will launch a window that allows you to create a new profile, which will basically start you over from scratch. Try importing your media again and let us know how that goes.
There are a few potential causes of this problem -- rogue add-ons or feathers, weird and rare metadata bugs, problems when deleting stuff from your library, etc. Anyway, let us know how it goes with a fresh profile and we'll work from there.

Inappropriate?Well creating a fresh profile did work, I see my library now and import media worked smoothly. Is there anything I can do to avoid the previous problem? Thanks
