Songbird Not Working for iTunes Songs
I just downloaded version 0.6.1 of Songbird and plugged in my ipod. It recognized all of my songs' names, aritsts, and albums, but will only play songs i could only get as torrents or got from cds, not those i bought on itunes. It will also not show the album artwork for these songs. I have windows xp if that helps. What's up?

Inappropriate?pianista, try the Quicktime Playback add-on. My guess is that the tracks you purchased are DRM protected. With the Quicktime Playback add-on you can authorize Songbird to playback those tracks (there will be a prompt from iTunes). -
Inappropriate?Thx koshi, the plugin did work for some of the songs that were not playing, but not all. I think this is because some of them are m4a vs. m4p files? Any further advice?
