Inappropriate?Can you let us know:
1) which version of Vista specifically are you using?
2) Is it installed native or VM?
3) Was this a first time/clean install or did you upgrade? From which version did you upgrade?
4) What were you doing when the applications froze? Exact steps please. -
Inappropriate?Hi there!
I'm having trouble with Songbird freezing in Vista. I'm running Vista Business 64-bit with SP1. It is naively installed on the machine, so no VM. This was a clean install of Songbird (the 0.7.0 release), and it froze while playing an mp3. I was clicking around in the menus, and when I tried to click to return to my library, the program froze. The current song that it was playing continued to play until its conclusion, and then there was no more music. I killed the process, and now Songbird doesn't seem to want to come back.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?1) Which version of Vista specifically are you using?: Vista Home Premium 32-bit.
2) Is it installed native or VM?: Native, as far as I know.
3) Was this a first time/clean install or did you upgrade? From which version did you upgrade?: Clean install of 0.7.0.
4) What were you doing when the applications froze? Exact steps please.: I opened Songbird, clicked on a playlist, and it froze. And so I ended the process, and tried again. And then it froze without me clicking on anything. Songbird now freezes any time I open it.
I’m sad, a bit annoyed

Inappropriate?Still freezes on Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I go to play a song and it just hangs.
Using Songbird 1.0.
I did an install, it found preferences/song list from previous Songbird install (a while ago), I imported the itunes library and then tried to play a song.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I just tried to restart Songbird and it can now play. Maybe it's something with the first run or the import that mucked it up. Will report back if it happens again.

Inappropriate?I can't even get the program to start. I even tried installing into the 32 bit folder, but to no avail. I have Vista Home Premium SP1. Any answers?
