Songbird should always send music files to wherever you keep your library, even if the "download" button leads to a redirect
At some websites (Jamendo is an example of this), mp3s are automatically placed in a listing pane at the bottom of the screen. Awesome! I'm great with this.
However - on Jamendo, the "download" button refers me to another webpage, where the download automatically starts. I suppose I can support that for the purposes of tracking, but then I get the "download a web file" behavior from Songbird rather than the "this is an mp3, I'm going to put it in your library" behavior that I have come to expect from that "download" button. Given that I usually put general web files on my desktop to sort from there, but would always want music files sent to my music folder, this is a little irritating.
Is there any way we can change Songbird so that it recognizes that you're downloading a music file and automatically puts it into your library, even if you've been redirected?
