Songbird should use OSDNotify in Ubuntu 9.04

Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope includes a new sistem for notificacions. Banshee, Rythmbox and others already use it, but Songbird doesn't.

Will be possible to make it in Songbird 1.2?
