Songbird stops playing after the update
When I create a playlist and start shuffle play. After a few songs when a new song is to start, playing stops. I have to start playing manually by double clicking the song or choose the next song.

Inappropriate?And sometimes if Songbird can load the next song, it starts in full volume level (very very loud)!! In this case if I click on the volume bar of Songbird (or use mouse wheel) it turns immediately to correct volume level. This is really bad!!
It happens all the time with the same songs! System master volume doesn't change, only Songbird volume.
I had no problem with them before!

Inappropriate?latest release (1.1.2, Build 1042 (20090331142126)) hadn't solved this for me ... it's now even worse 'cos it hangs when I skip manually to another song.

Correction: It seems the problem is gone on my laptop (Songbird 1.1.2, Build 1042 (20090331142126), Windows XP MCE Version 2002 (SP3)). -

Inappropriate?Ops... Yeah! The problem isn't gone just a part of them. I have no volume problem anymore, but the playing still stops when Songbird tries to load the next song. It happens all the time with the same songs!

after couple of songs it stops playing, even though the playback control button still shows pause.
progress bar is also stuck on the beginning of the song.
is it a known bug ?

Yes, this sounds like the same bug that others have reported here and in other threads. It occurs when playing songs with different sampling rates, e.g. 44.1kHz and 48 kHz. The good news is that the bug seems to have disappeared in the nightly builds of Songbird and so it won't be present in version 1.2.
