Songbirds SuperMagnet Library

I have a portable hard drive that I carry back and forth from work to home in which I store all of my music. I prefer to drag and drop selected folders onto the music program and JUST play those songs.. when I close the program, the songs no longer exist on the music program.
How songbird is currently programmed, when I drag my selected songs from my portable HD into Songbird they are merged with the previous selected songs, into the Library.. Before I close Songbird I have to clear the Library so that it makes it easier for me to use next time..
I've added the Add-On "The Exorcist", it works to get rid of the dead files associated with using portable storages.. but I hate having every song I add to Songbird automatically being super-glued to the Library. I end up running the exorcist, and clearing my Media Library more than I ever should have to..
Some media I like having added to the Library, such as songs that have perfect tags. But I have 15k songs.. its really hard to make sure the tags are ALL perfect.

What there needs to be, is a dialogue box after a song or group of songs has been added into Songbird asking: "Would you like this/these songs added to your Media Library?" If I click "No" then it would be awesome if it would autocreate a temporary playlist that will last until I delete the playlist or close the program.. Just my two cents..
I love Songbird, but most of the time I end up using Winamp in windows or QuodLibet in Ubuntu because of Songbird's supermagnetic Library.. I'd LOVE to be able to ditch those programs and go Songbird 100%
Thanks for your time~
