Support compatibility with itunes, WMP, and MM. Use POPM instead of TXXX

Having each mediaplayer invent their own rating system is cumbersome and makes interoperability difficult. Please support POPM, Popularimeter instead or along with TXXX to keep track of ratings. Then users can import their libraries from other players seamlessly.
