Synchronize with hard drive?

First off, this is an amazing program!
However, I do have a question. I'm constantly moving my files around and correcting the file names and then they do not play in the SB library. Is there a way to "synchronize" them with the harddrive? I have a second harddrive that I keep my music on and when I add new music to the HD and SB, but then change the name of the track from Track01 to the real title, it doesnt work in the library anymore.
Is there a way I could select the entire HD for SB to work with, so if I add new music, it would be added to the library and corrected files would still work??
I'd appreciate the help!
