Inappropriate? There is a feature request serving for all things audiobook related that I added this strand to. (As basic audiobook support is a prerequisite to audiobook iPod syncing)

Inappropriate?Boosh,
Couple questions:
1) Any movement on this front?
2) Can't Songbird be adjusted so it just allows ".AA" files to be copied to an iPod? Currently, Songbird won't allow me to drop a ".AA" file into the iPod target in the interface.
Thanks

Inappropriate?hey Pat,
Sorry for the late reply. For One, I can't say there has been many 'movement'. The devs have been pretty busy working on Isan, the next release of Songbird. And we have limited resources. But audiobook syncing isn't a high priority right now :( If I made a total guess, I would say the earliest it will come into Songbird would be 1.3 with podcast support (to be hopeful) and 1.4+ to be reasonable. The best place to find out what we're working on is by going to the Release page. We are currently working on 'Isan'.
And for Two, I don't believe so. There is no about:config setting to change what is imported. Without hacking into the bird inards :(
