Text/html Decoder?

I am currently using Version: Songbird 1.2.0, Build 1146 (20090616030043) on Windows 7 x64 RC. I'm attempting to play a ShoutCast radio link, but I receive an error, "A text/html decoder plugin is required to play this stream, but is not installed." I've searched the plugins and found nothing to remedy this problem.
