User in need of podcast support and management
I'd like to see full support for podcasts and podcast management. Podcasts like This American Life or Car Talk are non-working. From what I understand Songbird works with XML feeds, yet these two return no results when updated. Why is that?

Inappropriate?I too find subscriptions to be very buggy. For instance, I can navigate to http://youlooknicetoday.com/ in Songbird 1.0 and see the items appear in the bottom pane, and subscribing to that page url gives me a working subscription, but if i subscribe to the url of their actual feed page (http://feedproxy.google.com/YouLookNi...), I get nothing.
Feed-reading issues aside, I'm not sure how the user is expected to deal with subscriptions. If I go to a page with a subscription, it's not clear what I'm supposed to do to get that subscription other than plugging in the url in "new subscription". (This is doubly awkward because clicking the main menu maximizes/restores the Songbird window half the time I click it.) If Songbird knows when feeds are present, it should give me a more direct and obvious way of subscribing to them.
And while we're at it, a way to import feeds from Google Reader would be nice too. -
Inappropriate?Hello, this hit and miss situation with subscriptions is becoming very awkward. Songbird is after all supposed to be good with web-based music. I do not understand why a 1.0 version is shipped without proper podcast / subscription support.
I’m frustrated
