Where does my music go when I download it from 7digital?
What happens if I lose my music, change my computer or hard drive or my computer crashes? Do I lose all the music I downloaded?

Inappropriate? If you lose your music or buy a new computer, you can re-download the tracks that you have purchased. All of your purchased downloads will be stored in your "locker" area.
The locker area is pretty sweet because if you're on a shoddy wireless connection and you lose your signal for a minute, you can still go grab the tunes you just bought without having to go bug a CS rep and wait for a reply (lame). You can retry the download from within Songbird by going to the 7digital store, logging in and clicking on the link to locker in the header. You'll have access to re-download the files you've already purchased.
Keep in mind, just like those Doritos's you kept in your locker in '88 you can only grab 'em so many times before they're gone. You can download each file up to 3 times, once you have download the file 3 times you can no longer download it. For further help please contact our customer service team. The music labels set this rule to protect their content.
